Only me as a customer in the store but the customer service was bad. Did not get the help when I asked for it. Items were displayed as things in sale but when I paid for it she said it is not on sale. Could not tell me what were on sale and what were not.

I was doing a exchange because I bought my wife the wrong size as a gift the lady who was in front of me received a pandora bag with pink paper so I ask the lady if I can have a bag like that because it a gift she gave me a bag and said have a nice day no pretty paper no love at all better yet like I was a inconvenient to her

I was charged twice for the same item in the store due to a no responsive mobile device used to process my transaction. I was told the transaction did not go through only to find I have paid for an item twice!

Representative told me that the bracelet and the charm was $90 .... I asked her the question is the bracelet and the charm and a dollars she confirmed ... when she rang me up she charge me 90 for the bracelet and $55 for the Charm.... Represent didn’t know what she was doing Quoting different prices falsely advertising Different prices on the product !!!!! I should have gotten the charm and the bracelet For 90.oo dollars ...

I was told I could not do an even size exchange for a full price item (open pave bangle) that I purchased from an outlet because I received 40% off from a scratch off card. The process was long and arduous, they did not have several charms I was looking for, and it took forever to locate the bracelet size I needed. Also when I entered the store there were two associates helping one customer, neither spoke to me until I walked around near the customer they were helping.

The manager of this location was incredibly rude. She belittled me as she spoke and did not create a welcoming environment. As a customer, I felt as if I were an inconvenience to her day rather than a welcomed guest to the store.

I went in looking for the essence collection since I've been made aware that it's being discontinued. I ask the lady if she had any essence left. She gets a tray with 2 charms, that's fine. I ask her if she has any bangles left and point to the ones i have in my arm. She looks through her stuff and shows me an open bangle which i didn't ask for. I ask again if she has one like mine.she then continues to say yes but that isn't on sale.I never asked for the sales section. Im not sure what was up. Anyways i have to repeat myself a couple of times that i don't care about a sale, i just want a bangle in my size.I pass one of mine to her so she h thats not the one i was looking at and wanted to try.she tells me again but this is the new bangle.

I am satisfied by the product that I bought. I looked at the products online and they was out of stock so I visited the store and some of the items were available. I was attended by the same sales associate as last time, and she continued to upsell every opportunity she got. Once I finished paying for my items, I asked her to arrange my bracelet so my new charms compliment the excising ones. She only rearrange half of the bracelet and that too in a very disinterested way. I understand I didn’t spend a lot of money at the store as I bought some of the items I came and couldn’t get the rest because they weren’t in stock. I hate when associates try to upsell and ignore what’s important to the customer during their visit. I wouldn’t go to a store again and rather buy online if I decide to continue being a customer at pandora.
