I felt that the sales staff deliberately ignored me. One continued an extensive conversation with her customer, after the sale was completed, the went to the back room. When she returned she immediately went to a man who had come in after me. I interrupted the other salesperson by saying “excuse me, I just want a birthday charm”. She did pull out a tray for me, the. Returned to her other customer. I chose a charm, set it aside and waited. And waited. I was wearing my hospital volunteer jacket and ID. After that salesperson had moved on to yet another customer, I interrupted to ask if I could just pay? She came over while her new customer continued to fill out a credit application and waited on me. When she saw that I was pretty annoyed she volunteered that the other customers had come in first. I said they had not. She showed me some separators and when none were what I wanted, rang up the sale of the birthday charm. She asked if I had shopped there before, and I had, but I had more recently shopped at a different location. She was never pleasant but she did process the sale and packaged it nicely.

I felt the sales associate was way too pushy and rude. I always buy from this Pandora location but I don't even want to go back.

The lady kept adding things I did not want just because I got approved for a credit card. I went back the next day and they said I couldn’t return anything without having the physical credit card.

They did not honor the promotion even through he signs were clearly displayed. They were out of the free bracelet and were getting more to exange sizes for other customers. I was not even offered one of the trade in bracelets.
