The customer service representative was really helpful patient and accommodating. Even though I made my purchase outside the store it didn’t take any longer than in store. I had an issue with my bracelet and it was immediately fixed for me which I appreciate.

Tge Sales Associate her name is Aniyah B. was incredibly knowledgeable about the Pandora product line. She was very interested in who and what I was shopping for. She was organized, incredibly polite answered any question I had and was truly engaged in assisting me and in no hurry. The store wasn't busy and she showed exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to tgat store in the next 7 to 10 days for other items. It was an absloute pleasure having her assistance as she truly knew her product and had answered all of my questions. It is very rare these days yo find a beautiful person that represents your mission and truly loves her job, has the passion and knows her product.

The staff member, Chloe, was so sweet and awesome to work with! She really took time with me amd showed me lots of options!

We went into the store because I had my eye on this ring for awhile. I’ve been looking at it online but wanted to see it in person. It was gorgeous! Mine and my boyfriends two year anniversary is coming up and while we aren’t ready for marriage he bought me this as a promise ring. It’s absolutely beautiful! The staff at the store were wonderful and very helpful.
