The staff at the Pandora store in Crossgates mall were both competent and kind. My limited ability to communicate what I was looking for was received expertly, and their recommendation was spot on (a bracelet sizing issue). I felt welcomed and was completely satisfied with my experience there. Thank you to both of the young ladies working the desk! It was a pleasure to meet you, and again, I appreciated your help.
