I was satisfied by my experience at pandora because the sales associate Sherly was very patient, calm, and understanding. She gave great knowledge about the rings and other jewelry.

My sales associate, Stephanie, Was absolutely wonderful. She not only help me find a replacement bracelet, she also assisted me With ideas for future purchases. She was very patient and showing the different charms that I wish to give as Christmas gifts. I live in New Jersey, and I was only visiting Troy, New York. That is the only reason I would not return to this particular Pandora shop.

I really liked the service

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Multiple staff remembered me, my past purchases and reasons for past visits. Additionally there was another incentive when purchasing (wristlet this time) which makes buying/purchasing even more fun.
