When we walked into the store both customer service staff greeted us. They were kind and professional. I was with my niece whom is disabled and she was treated very kindly. This does not always happen in other stores we shop in so I was grateful she was treated well.

Same merchandise in every store so I can always find the same things. I’ve bought the same ring twice now. Perhaps have more rings in stock to pick from.

I came into get my bracelet clean the machine was broken they still helped me by cleaning them by hand and they still looked great also the sales girl help me with purchasing a necklace and a mother son and a Mother’s Day charm just beautiful thank you I love it

When I arrived at the store shortly before closing on Mother's day eve, Stephanie M greeted me so very pleasantly and with a cheerful smile. Her suggestion choices for the occasion were right on point. I was also greeted by two very helpful associates, Gabby and Mellisa who offered to clean my original bracelet as there overheard me complaining that I needed to get it done ASAP. My overall experience in the store was truly amazing. I didn't feel like the associates were too pushy as I normally do when I shop for jewelry. I also felt like they were actually listening to what I wanted to purchase for my mother instead of what they thought I should buy. Stepanie, Gabby and Melissa made my shopping experience at the Crossgate's Mall store amazing. I just want to say thank you to those ladies and thank you to Pandora.

Stephie was wonderful. She found what I was looking for. She gave lots of suggestions. She even cleaned my bracelet.

The customer service was exceptional. All the sales associates were amazing, very professional, knowledgeable about the products. Hands down the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. They create the experience that will keep your customers loyal.
