The two young ladies were very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and gave goo suggestions to help me decide on the purchase.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful though I feel she could have displayed a little more enthusiam. As for the products as always I am very satusfied with the quality and look of the products.

Staff was quick to acknowledge us, however gave us room to browse before reapproaching to ask if we needed assistance. She was VERY knowledgeable and knew exactly where to locate the charms I picked out to look at. The entire process was flawless and timely.
