I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I shared that I was looking for a birthday present for my sister; but always wind up purchasing a gift for myself too. I did continue the tradition. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful. She also made suggestions. I was pleased with my purchases.

The store was local, I was able to drop in on my way home from work. I was able to exchange my broken product for a newer one and only pay the difference, plus my bracelet and charms were cleaned. I left in much better shape than I had arrived, and the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and polite.
