The sales associate was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was also kind and patient as I looked around the store and tried different things. She made me feel as though I was the only one in the store and did not rush me. This was a great experience especially when I usually purchase many things online. I will go back to this specific location.

Sales representative was extremely friendly while helping replace my daughters broken birthday charm. She noticed that her bracelet was also weak and too large after cleaning it and replaced the bracelet so it fit better and didnt break in the future. My last experience at pandora wasnt great and I was really hesitant on going back but this representative was amazing!!!.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by multiple employees. I worked with Stephy who is very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain different types of bracelets. When I asked her opinion on a particular product, she gave me her honest opinion. She didn't just try to sell me anything. She took the time to understand my needs and although it was busy, she never made me feel rushed. Stephy has helped me before during a past visit and I was lucky enough to have her assistance again. She is a wonderful person.

I got the mall at 9:30am on Saturday morning, Google stated the store opened at 10am. Once the store did open Belkys N. said I'm going to help you first since you been here since 10am, I wasn't expected her to but thankfully she did! Belkys customer service and patients was GREAT! I will return to the store very soon!
