I waited outside the Albany, NY store to open. The sales associate spoke to me before the store opened and told me that she will look for my merchandise before they open and she did. When they opened she had my jewelry just about ready and she was able to get me the online order before it was ready. She was amazing, especially being two days before Christmas. I can’t thank her enough for her assistance. She made my day of rushing around for the holidays much easier. I even offered to tip her and she said she couldn’t accept it. I recommend the Albany, NY location to everyone. The sales associates there are so helpful.

Five star experience. It was a great guest experience. Purchase pandora for eleven years. Started my granddaughter on her sixteenth birthday! Also, my daughter and granddaughter got another set in Las Vegas a couple of years ago! Yes, we love pandora!
