The store manager was really great. I asked her for options on charms and she presented everything I was looking for. I also went shopping for my niece on that trip and she took time with her and made sure she was happy with her selection, even though it was closing time.

The associate who helped me was outstanding. Her customer service skills and demeanor were everything I expect (but do not often get in today’s age). I hope she gets a well deserved reward for her service.

Once I got in I was helped immediately. The person I had gave me a suggestion for a necklace I was getting for my grandma and told me it can adjust in size. The bracelet I had was cleaned with my charms but got a new bracelet with rose gold in it and was in love.

I had very little prior knowledge of Pandora products. I had several questions, my sales associate was wonderfully patient, kind, knowledgable! I took her advice on many options and wound up buying 2 bracelets instead of 1 and charms for both.

I just kind of came in, told the lady what I wanted by pointing it out and without knowing its actual name, she knew exactly what I was talking about and did my selection perfectly.
