Danielle was very knowledgeable of the stock and was very friendly and professional. I knew just what I wanted and she was quick to provide me what I was looking for. She even showed me the two different Pave Circle Log necklace styles, I wasn't even aware there were two different styles. There was one ring that I wanted that they did not have in stock but I will order it on line. I was able to try the ring on in the rose gold so I know the size to order. All in all, the experience was very pleasurable. I will definitely go back to the Albany Crossgates store again.

The initial interaction with a rep outside the store didn’t start out great. However once we got inside the store the rep who took care of us was amazing she made my niece and I feel valued and appreciated.

I went to purchase one piece for my bracelet and ended up buy numerous pieces and another bracelet. The sales woman was very helpful and talked me into signing up for the Pandora credit card which made me want to purchase even more pieces. I loved the experience.

I didnot have to wait long for assistance. The assistance was clear and kind. Helpfull and quick assistance. I asked many questions and all of them were answered!! I am very satisfied!!

I was very impressed with the customer service of my associate. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We need more people like her. When asking people to please wait before going into the store she did it such a way it made you more than happy to do what she had asked.
