Our sales associate Latrice was very professional and knowledgeable about the different charms that would fit with the theme of our bracelet. Latrice was extremely patience and helpful; she tried several ways to find my account when it was not readily available.

My visit at my local Pandora was very satisfying because i got great customer service. Also i was in and out with no issue and got the products i wanted. My sales associate also directed me into other jewelry that would benefit me in the future.

The quality of the merchandise is always exceptional. Pandora staff are very welcoming and helpful. They know their product and were great in helping me find the perfect gift for my daughter, that is quite difficult to shop for.

I was very pleased by the exceptional customer service I received from Lattice (my apologies if I spelled her name wrong) and her supervisor (my apologies I forgot her name but I believe it may be Belkys). They were both very kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The manager went out of her way to clean and reorganize my bracelet. They were both extremely helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. I was very appreciative of how I was treated and the whole experience.

The merchandiser that helped me was very kind. She noticed that the bracelet that I had just purchased was too small when I started adding charms, and immediately exchanged it for a bigger size.

Store nice and clean...wait wasn't long...plenty of choices that I was satisfied with.. .
