The associate that helped me for my exchange and helping me find clasps was very friendly. She helped me find the right bracelet size, she showed me which clasps I could use, which ones I couldn’t. The only thing is they didn’t have a Z initial charm like I was looking for but that’s not a problem at all

The ladies that work there are really nice and helpful. I go there often and they are always super sweet. I had a gold shine ring that was damaged quickly (had it for less than a month) from hand sanitizer that I could not swap out which was unfortunate but I still enjoy shopping there and like the products.
