I had broken my bracelet at work that day & was hoping to get it fixed or swap it out for a new one. I was devastated to find out that it was a retired bracelet but the woman who helped me put all her efforts to make me leave happy! I was extremely pleased with the customer service.

I went into pandoea looking for a flower ring I saw on another girl. The woman was really friendly. She pulled out her selection of flowers and helped me narrow them down. Than I wasnt sure what my ring size was for my thumb and she also helped me with that. She was very attentive and kind. If I had anything negative to say it would be that they didn't have the other ring I liked in my size but, that happens
