Belkys the saleswomen was excellent!! She was attentive and knowledgeable. She was kind and friendly and extremely helpful with helping me find the right sizes and styles for a purchase I was making for my grandchildren. My husband was there prior and I was not happy with his experience with Dannielle the store manager who broke my bracelet while cleaning it and made no restitution other then suggestion going to a jeweler to have it repaired. Belkys straitened everything out and I left happy and therefore I will return and started bracelets for my granddaughters which I wasn't going to do originally.

The sales associate was extremely helpful in showing me the newest bracelet that I was looking for, as well as a birthday and Christmas gift that I was looking to purchase.

I went there to buy a certain item. I did not tell the 2 women my name. When they asked if I knew my size I said no. A few minutes later one said “oh, she’s an 8. I took care of her the last time she was in”, (which was months ago) . She always remembers me. I feel bad because I didn’t remember her. That is something you don’t see anymore. Sales people don’t remember you even if you return the same day. Very impressive!

I walked in and was immediately greeted with service. She was very welcoming and inviting. Right away we started discussing what I was looking for and within five minutes she had the item I wanted. She was also interested as to why I was there and having a conversation with me. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back at this location again.

I was able to have a great conversation when deciding on the charms for my bracelet. It was very helpful to know more about my bracelet and how to keep it cleaned. It was a great experience to shop for charms

The sales was quite pleasant and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.

My experience was a very pleasant one. The customer care especially during the pandemic was amazing. I love pandora jewelry and it’s wide selection of merchandise.
