Danielle was fantastic to work with. During these times its not possible to be in the store so she sent me pictures of inventory and we built my wife's bracelet over the phone. The staff took health and safety vary seriously and I was very appreciative of that. Wonderful staff and experience.

The hirl( Danielle) from the Crossgates store was amazing, very professional and willing to go beyond to help and satisfy the customer. She was standing in the rain to help me and patiently explaining things to me about my charms.

I had been in a couple of week(s) before this visit and purchased 2 rings. I was wearing one of my Pandora rings at the time & took it off to try on the new rings and wear them. Unfortunately, when I took off my other Pandora ring I had been wearing I put it on the counter and without realizing it at the time left it there. I was crushed! It was actually a gift to me that I had had for a few years from my husband. I didn't realize I had left it until a day or two later when I went to put it on and it was gone. That's when I remembered I left it in the store. I went back yesterday and the really nice sales person worked with me to try to find it at the time but it wasn't in a lost & found. She said it might have been put in stock but she would have to review video to see if she could see where I left it. She did remember me since she had taken care of me previously. I am waiting to hear back from her, she promised she would get back to me. I know it wasn't the most expensive ring there but it does have sentimental value to me and I am so hoping it can be found.
