The store was a little busy, however the associate Briani V., was very patient with my daughter and I! We had to exchange a damaged ring, and there was no issue in doing that!

I visit this about 2-3 times at year. I always look forward seeing one of my favorite associates Belkys or Erin. They make me feel at home. Belkys rearrange my bracelet. Love it thank you pandora!!!

The store is very pleasant to browse in. The staff could be a bit more friendly. Ring selection was not as vast as I had hoped.

The store was kind of busy, the amount of customers in the store was definitely more than the workers on. Although, Misstee was extremely attentive and helped me as fast as she could. When I asked her my ring size she helped me and we explored many different size options to see which fit me best. She was so sweet to me, she brightened my day.

I loved belkys she was very polite and took her time helping me with everything. She was also patient when I was picking out my merchandise.
