My sales associate Belkys was very nice and warm and sincere. In fact, all of the sales associates at the Albany, NY store are very nice whenever I visit.

I have visited the store several times and the sales people are very helpful. They are ver friendly. They are also knowledgeable.

I walked into the store - was pleasantly greeted by the associate - Belkeys N #136562 - she listened to what I was looking for - took me to the items. I viewed the items and purchased. The whole process probably took 15 minutes tops. There were no distractions, no pushing to by something of more value or more items. It was a very pleasant visit/purchase. I will def go back very soon. Thank you.
