Pandora Jewelry

This is the first time I have ever been to pandora, my fiance brought me in to suprise my by letting me pick out anything that I wanted. We were greeted by Katelyn V when we entered, she was so nice and helpful throughout the entire experience and she helped me find the perfect bracelet the I am 100% in love with.

Upon coming in the store, I was greeted right away. The ladies working had a smile on their faces and were eager to help me with no problem. The sales associate Lexine helped me exchange my two rings to a different size that my boyfriend had bought me a few days before. Another sales associate named Arleth was very helpful in helping the other sales associate locate the two ring sizes i needed. They both worked fast and efficiently and made the trip to the store less hectic than i thought it would be. I will definitely come back to this store and recommend my friends and family to come as well. Thank you Crossgates!

I been coming to Pandora at Crossgates for the past 3 years. I always look for Belkys she the sweetest lady, she knows her product very well and always lets me know about new promotions and product launch. One thing I will like to share with pandora is I was ready to buy a gold bracelet because I thought the promotion was taking $160 for every $400. I was very disappointed when I found out that only $160 would be taken off a $1800 gold bracelet. Because of that reason I decided to wait. However, Belkys’s still worked with me and try so hard to get me the discount and I’m very thankful. Crossgates is very lucky to have a person like her. Although, I only ended up spending $215.

Staff are very nice and friendly. Products are pretty and usable for everyday!

The sales associate Moesha was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the bracelet I purchased. Moesha took the time to patiently answer all my questions.
