I never had my bracelet cleaned before. I took it with me this time. It was beautiful.....really picked up the sparkle and sheen. I was happy to see the bracelet looked new ! As I was waiting, I saw some items I wanted to purchase. Overall, very pleased.

I was very satisfied because the attention I got as soon as I got there. the friendly greeting of the workers at the store. The history of previous time I purchased was evident as soon as my name appeared on the computer with all the information in there. It also the brightness of the store as you walk in it made me have a hard decision to buy the purchase I choose. It was a great experience and always does when I shop at the store. GREAT!

I was looking to purchase Reflections Gift Set advertised on website. I needed a small size. My sales associate was very pleasant but unable to find the size I needed. I explained to her that I had traveled a distance to purchase this gift, and asked her to take one more look around the store for the size I needed. She initially shared that her computer inventory indicated there were 3 gift sets available in the store in size I wanted. Much to my delight, after again looking in all stock shelves she asked another associate who was able to located the size I wanted in the back store room. I appreciated her persistent in locating the size I needed.

I believe the sales associates name was Sandra she was very nice knowledgeable and provided me with options. She made sure I picked the best gift and she wasn’t pushy like may other associates I’ve dealt with in the past at different stores. Thank you

upon entering the store I was approached by Kay and asked if I needed assistance. I told her that I was completely ignorant of the jewelry but had a vague idea of what I wanted for my wife's birthday. Kay was patient and within a short time we had the perfect gift.

our sales associate, misstee, was super friendly & personable! you could tell she genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the customer and she was very knowledgeable about the products in the store, where they were located, pricing, and was also able to give us advice about what she thought would pair well together. I will definitely be returning to this store everytime i want to buy a Pandora and pray that misstee will be there working!
