The item I wanted was available, the associate was knowledgeable and I love my birthday coupons.

When I went to the store today, I had a problem with my account information and the associate was very kind and was able to solve and recover all of my information. She even showed me how to clean my rings which was amazing. She also called the manager to help me with my ring situation.
