I entered, met by Brittnay, I told her of my interest in bracelet charms and she began to show me some possibilities. She guided me! I made my purchases and left SATISFIED!!!

The associate was knowledgeable once she decided my casual attire did not necessarily mean I didn’t have money to spend. She immediately found charms in the theme I suggested, expedited the sale and offered to clean my existing charms and bracelet.

Every time I go to Pandora I am helped as soon as I walk into the the store. I hardly ever have to wait. I might as well start to leave my car running in the the parking lot that's how fast I'm in and out of the store.

The staff is always more than willing to help me out. If the online Pandora site says “out of stock” for an item, the store staff know immediately if they have it. Which they everytime so far.

The store is fun to shop at. I had great service with Brittany. She is very knowledgeable about the products.

Your jewelry is priced nicely . I think your pieces are so truly beautiful and made well .
