it being close to Christmas, ok Very Close, the store personell dealt well with the extensive line and seemed to be quite organized about it. However It being this close to Christmas maybe another person on duty would have helped. Jillian was great once it was my turn, she worked with me to find that perfect gift, as picky as I am she did great!
