My first visit to Pandora. The Crossgates Mall in Albany was crowded but the service in the store was well worth the wait. The sales person,Erin J. #156759,was exceptional in her service and niceness. She is a credit to your company.

I went to the Pandora located in Crossgates Mall in Albany. Misstee was a HUGE help in helping me find these new pair of earrings I saw on your website. I was worried that only select stores would have them because they were so new, and I was getting these as a gift for my best friend's 21st birthday. Misstee looked through all the earrings and helped me until we found them. Her service and helpfulness was greatly appreciated and made my first Pandora experience really great. This was my first purchase, and I will definitely be back for my own jewelry!

This was an awesome visit because your staff was great and I could finally buy the mini charms individually instead of a set of 3. The staff was awesome and got me exactly what I needed and put them inside the locket for me ! Love, love, love the Mickey Mouse mini's .
