There were 3 people working and they were very attentive to what my daughter was looking for.

Sales person very friendly and knew merchandise .

The associate did not offer me any other charm deals for the bracelet I purchased. She should have helped us with better deals on charms we asked about. The associate didn’t allow me to use my coupon I had.

Only one sales associate and took about 20 minutes to be waited on

I visited to Pandora store located at the Crossgates Mall in Albany NY, every time in go there I am greeted by the manager with a smile and her statement is "Hey there how are you doing good to see you what are we buying toady" . I purchased a birthday bracelet for a friend's daughter.

AT FIRST I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE.. BUT LEFT THE STORE PLEASED. THANK YOU

I wanted to purchase one of the gift sets, but the bracelets only come in certain sizes. The size I needed was not one of the sizes offered, which was a little disappointing. I would love to see more size offerings for the gift sets!

Didn’t like the way the young lady went too the back to get the manager and when she came out she quickly asked me for my ID and my credit card like I was up to something that never happened to me before and I have an account with Pandora
