The inventory they have is very cute and they have a good variety between small and dainty to big and shiny. I wear a size 7.5 on my ring finger and an 8-8.5 on my middle(which I didn’t know they were different sizes till the sales associate told me!). Staff were nice and the lady who helped me seemed like she’d been there for a little. Knew where to look and was pretty nice and patient with me and my friend. She also made sure she mentioned the sales going on- which ofc I had to partake in because who doesn’t love a sale?

I went there for a specific starter bracelet as a gift to a friend. I found the bracelet but was not happy w it when I actually tried it on.

I was highly satisfied with my sales representative.

Availability of certain items, lack of inventory for the clip charms, and ability to see all of the merchandise without assistance.

I did not find every article during my visit and may be I have to order that online. There were less collection for rose gold charms and clips.

I was in a hurry because I had to pick up my daughter from practice, I knew what I wanted because I looked online prior in the day. There were 2 women working with 2 customers and it took 20 minutes for 1 of them to get to me. It’s unavoidable because they were just doing their jobs working with people, I was just frustrated because 20 minutes is a long wait.

The technology was really slow/ uncooperative, but luckily I was feeling extra patient at that time.

Manage of store was helpful; sales associate appeared new and may need to have more training on product information. She didn't even know what item I was talking about and wanted to purchase.
