I really don’t have a reason for why I was not highly satisfied. I was just in the store browsing with a friend,and just ended up purchasing merchandise myself.

It wasn’t the store per say; I made an online order and was told the store didn’t have some things in stock but when I went to the store they were fully stocked and able to assist me. Now waiting for online delivery to send it back.

Waiting outside the store, not being able to look around I probably would have purchased more

I bought a ring and it was to tight. I was hoping to return it before the 30 days and was unable to because I had it on.

The store was very clean and easy to move about to look at the merchandise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get what I wanted with one exception; there was one charm I was looking for that they didn’t have in store.

The store opened an hour late. Also one of the charms I was looking for was out of stock. Also can't have my online order shipped to the store.

I was satisfied with everything during my visit

The store associates welcomed others to the store and not me. It wasn't until a few minutes of me browsing that a sales associate approached me.

Associate was unaware of first responders discount

When going to this location of Pandora I waited almost 25 mins before being helped. I was helped outside the store. This was my first purchase from pandora and it felt rushed and as if I was at a mall booth, rather than a store.
