I was not highly satisfied due to salesperson’s disposition. I wouldn’t say she wasn’t friendly,but she didn’t show any ambition,when it came to waiting on me.

Due to corona I understand there is a limit of people allowed in the store. And I understand that. But a sign and authority at the front door is needed. While I was waiting in line patiently for the other 4 customers to leave the store w. Only 2 associates (both were great!) a woman by passed me and basically cut me in line. She went in the store and shopped before me although I waited outside for 10 minutes. This could cause a problem in the future w. Other customers.

I was sold a bracelet that was too small and didn’t feel comfortable with the size but was convinced to buy it now I must go back to exchange it.

I was not highly satisfied,because I was not looking to spend the amount of money I spent. I walked into the store looking for a specific necklace that I had seen online that was in my price range. They did have that same necklace available in the store,but upon trying it on I wasn’t happy with how it looked on me. It wasn’t the length I was looking for.

While being assisted by the sales rep another sales rep kept interrupting. I assume it was a manger. She was very rude and never excused herself before interrupting. While processing my payment at the register the same sales interrupted again causing my transaction to take longer.

The lines were long and they did not have enough staff. The staff members that I dealt with didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products.
