I always that i go to pandora i have to wait a lot for a employee give me service while some of them dont do nothing they just dont look like they want to work

2 associates behind the register could've cashed me out. They made me wait for the person that helped me. She had another customer

The first Rep was really rude. Everytime I go there and she is there, its as if she has a problem. Everytime!!!!

Everytime i go, theres this employee that its doing nothing and see that i want to look for some pieces and does not asist me, even though i ask her for help. i have to wait longer for another employee to finish with there customer to get service.

She was supposed to add my discount for my purchase and forgot to and I have to wait until next purchase to use it

Im a young person and when i got in the store it took for 20min for someone to help me then an other employee choose someone else to give me service and send another employee. The other employee was very good love that she could speak two language because im not very good at english.

LONG LINES, OUTSIDE THE STORE. WAITED OVER 1.5 HRS.

Sales associate was not very friendly.

They didn’t have 2 of the rings I wanted.

Very confusing at first. Standing in line. I was unable to make a decision viewing the catalog as my glasses fogged up due to the mask I was wearing. I’ve been there several times but not during a sale event. Never had to wait in a line and try to select items from a catalog. But once I was allowed in, it was quite pleasant.
