I was there in the store to exchange a ring I bought in January because of a missing Crystal And was unable to replace the exact ring. I had another ring that I purchased about five years ago that also has MS and Crystal I called customer service and unfortunately there is no replacement for the ring or exchange or fixing it And was unable to replace the exact ring. I had another ring that I purchased about five years ago that also has Missing a Crystal I called customer service and unfortunately there is no replacement for the ring or exchange or fixing it By replacing the Crystal. I’m very disappointed

This associate was very polite and very willing to assist us. Her manager on duty was directing her to bring more people in the store than what’s allowed. The manager on duty was the same one who not only was rude to us, but dropped our merch and grabbed my niece without asking.

My intent was to go in for a clip for my leather rope bracelet. The store was extremely low on merchandise so it was hard to choose what I wanted. I had to settle for something I “sort of liked best” rather than loved. I just wish I had more of a selection to choose from to make me feel happier about my purchase.

It was crowded and no specific line for the next available clerk to wait on people. They did not have the size ring that I was interested in.
