Lines was too long, computer problems and sales associate inexperience causes delayed especially around this time of the year when ppl have a lot to do on they list.

It was pleasant and the staff was friendly

At no fault of the store or the sales associate, I did not purchase two additional bracelets because of the 30 day return policy. They were Xmas gifts so I could not return if they didn't fit. I traveled 3 hours to get to this store and won't likely be back before Xmas. I think you should extend the return policy as people shop early for gifts in order to budget. My sales rep was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating!

I live in the Bronx I was at a conference in Albany basically buy my pandora charms on line or at the Yonkers location.

The price was a little too much and the other prices are low.

The wait was too long they need more staff at this location

I had a great visit. The sales girl Briani was very knowledgeable & my experience was swift & easy!! LOVE PANDORA!!

I didn't like to be forced to buy a clip rather than a charm by the sales lady for the sake of protecting the bracelet. It almost sounds like 'if you don't buy a clip right now, your charm would be stuck and your bracelet might be broken.' Then why didn't you make the bracelet sturdy from the beginning?

The manager kept over talking the sales person helping me. & kept saying that I wore the piece I exchanged into the store, when the sales girl that helped me saw me pull it out of the little pandora cloth bag. I had to repeat 3x that I didn't wear the piece in & that I had brought in the little cloth bag, I even showed her the little bag.

I like my experience at pandora.
