When I purchased my ring, I noticed that the sales associate had to flip through a catalog to find the number for the ring... it didn’t look easy and she couldn’t find it making it a lot longer check out process than it needed to be. She finally found it when I pointed it out.

The saleswoman was one of two and both were juggling people so it was hard to finish a transaction quickly

I felt that the prices should have been put out so that you knew what the price was with out the service person having to look it up.

Overall my experience at Pandora could not have been any better. The only thing is that the necklace that I went to purchase was not on display, so the sales associate has to look for it and put it together for me so that I could appreciate how it actually looked. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the overall experience, to the point in which I returned about an hour later to purchase a bracelet that I had not intended to buy that day.

They didn’t have a wide selection of rings in my size. The sales associate wasn’t to knowledgeable about what rings she had and didn’t offer to size my finger

I love my bracelets and my charms I want every valentines collection

The sales women overlooked the size ring I was looking for 3 times. Almost walked out without anything.
