Feom the time I walked in the store their customer service was great I walked I the greet you at the door they know their stuff meaning exactly were everything weee an could explain something me. Everyone was on top of their game did what they had to do took cared of customers got it’s done. Got you in a n right out the store as a satisfied customer. I’ll definitely be back soon an I went to the one in crossgates mall

Kimberly was the most helpful sales rep I’ve meet. She let me look before the store closed, showed me what they had, informed me that shipment was coming soon, very friendly, and when I came in again she immediately helped me.

A pleasant experience as well as informative on what products they had available. Was able to choose three beautiful charms as the result.

The manager was extremely helpful and to the point as well as the girl who helped us pick out the rings we bought. The store was well organized and we felt that we were more than accommodated.

As soon as i walked into the store i was greeted and shown to a sales associate that would be able to handle my situation. She was able to inform me that i would have to buy a new bracelet because i had no warranty which i was prepared to do. She was able to quickly find me a new bracelet in the size that i needed and helped me try it on i was so pleased i bought it on the spot.

Thank god for the salesperson Belkys. For over a week I have been dealing with the online chat and calling customer service about an online order that took off my free bangle. I was hung up on, the chats ended on me won’t be rep putting zero effort into helping me. You can see the survey I completed after those chats. They were terrible. Every time I called or attempted to chat I had to wait over an hour. I was told I couldn’t be helped and had to place another order while my order in question was escalated. And I never heard back from that inquiry. So I went into the store, and Belkys was a godsend. She fixed my issue adap, despite it being so confusing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will never purchase online again and will only go into this store.

Excellent customer service from associate Kimberly. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter who was with me in the store and Kimberly was able to get me what I wanted and check me out without my daughter seeing her gift! I appreciate her extra effort.
