Pandora has high quality products.The store is really pretty and invite you to try new things like new charms. Finally, the staff is really friendly.

I feel if you rate highly satisfied you are saying there’s no room for improvement. I came in knowing the product I wanted but I was not asked if I would like to see other rings. The sales person didn’t strike up a conversation to find out my likes or dislike to try to sell another product

I love the jewelry. I like most of the sales people.

The store was too small. I travelled a distance to go there and the associates were busy and tired. No one could help. No order in line and no one was smiling.

Very busy and not enough staff. I believe the manager that helped us was Diane and she was wonderful and a lot of fun!

The free bangle with purchase was not available in a large.

It was black friday so it was extremely busy in the store. Maybe next time you could only allow a certain number of people in the store at one time.

I found my visit to Pandora great! When it was my turn to be helped, my associate was efficient and knowledgeable. The price of my ring that I purchased was affordable for the quality of the ring. The only problem I had was the wait but then again I did go there on Black Friday, I waited in line for 30 minutes.

For someone going in as a first time customer, there was not really any organization or direction as to how to go about getting started with a Pandora bracelet. No pricing outlined anywhere, had to ask for every single price of every single item individually. Should have the cabinets broken down by price.
