Hate the mall

I purchased a bracelet 2 weeks ago and completed my survey I couldn’t find my 10.00 coupon .. no help with that … and then felt rushed with my purchase.

After selecting two charms the associate tried to multitask and help another associate with a problem at the register leaving me standing there and waiting to complete my order. Also the cleaning machine was still down so I couldn’t have my bracelet cleaned.

Staff not knowledge about the product.

LONG WAIT, NOT ENOUGH ASSOCIATES WORKING. UNFRIENDLY STAFF

The staff didnt seen as if they didnt want to help. I had to go up to them and tell them what i was looking for. I went in and i knew what i wanted and i had to ask were the catalog was and she just pointed to it across the store.

I was working with a new sales associate who was learning the products and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I wanted clips for the stacking rings that are part of the pandora me line and she still couldn’t find it. She wasn’t initially sure what items were a part of the buy 2 get 1 free special.

They did not offer to put the charms on the braslet like the first two places I went to

Staff was not welcoming or very helpful.

The sales associates didn’t really seem to knowledgeable about the products, and if she was she didn’t really seem to interested in trying to make me a satisfied customer. The bracelet in which I was inquiring about,they didn’t have a larger nice. And instead of trying to make me a satisfied customer,she was trying to encourage me to by the one she had in stock,by giving me an unsatisfied reason why I should purchase that one she had available.
