Simply went in to exchange safety chain. Sales woman wouldn't let me leave without showing me everything although I went in for a specific and told her that. She disregarded what I said most of the time

I wasn’t welcomed. There was a sale if you spend $125 you get a free bracelet I spent $189 sales associate didn’t even mention it.

I was visiting the crossgates mall location in Albany,NY and I was unable to receive the free united charm. I’m not upset with Pandora or the Staff, but I was advised to contact or leave a review in hopes of receiving that free charm with my $200+ transaction. The location I was at told me they’d only received 20 charms. I am from NYC, so I knew by the time I got back to the local stores, they probably would have ran out as well. I want to by a Christmas gift and to by in Albany and send to ny and the item is wrong the sales person put the wrong item in the box now that the item in ny can’t be rerun in ny has to come all the way to back to Albany cause the sale person did not do they job right and now I have to pay for it

The store looked fine but the associates almost acted like having to help someone was a nuisance. I rarely go to this one for that reason. I often go to shop in shop locations because it seems to be happier and more positive

i purchased the braided leather bracelet. the leather band continues to come out of the clasp. very disappointed.

I didn’t like the staff.

My wife went into the store within 24 hours of me purchasing 2 clip charms for her. She wanted to exchange the clips since we were not satisfied with the product and how easily they came off. The sales associates gave her a hard time and told her that they could not do anything for her. After my wife insisted that she get here money back for the purchase if they refused to exchange them, the associates begrudgingly agreed. We are regular customers of this store but have decided not to return and not to recommend this location to our family and friends.

When I entered the store, the saleswomen (3 of them) were standoffish and I felt like I was a burden to them. When I explained the 2 rings I was interested in, the saleswoman looked for the bigger sizes but did not find any so she gave me a ring I did not really want. The store did not have a bigger selection of bigger sized rings. Both rings I wanted, they did not have my size, so I got stuck with buying a ring I really didn’t want but I felt pressured to get. I think it’s ridiculous that Pandora doesn’t make bigger sized rings and the highest size they go is to 64cm. If you’re only going to go to 64cm, you should have more product available in that size.

The associates were great, they just didn't have my ring size in stock, and didn't offer to order it or check another store.
