Salespeople all standing around talking as customers were waiting. No birthstone charms in stock. Will not go to the store again, will go to Kay Jewelry or on line.

Lack of staff and efficiency, instead of standing at the door for reservations, the associate can assist with the waiting customers.

I am a Pandora CardHolder and I was told I would skip the line. I was not able to skip the line as they forgot about me and kept taking other people. When I finally was taken care of I asked for three pieces of jewelry that the sales associate did not know what I was talking about. She asked me to show her which I thought was a bit crazy seeing as I knew the names of the products! I am a huge Pandora fan and purchase a lot of merchandise there. Most workers have been great but she was not good, when I got to the register she couldn’t find a product book so I was reading the numbers to her at the register

Ive never been in store and was not aware of signing in. Should have ability to figure out ring size without meeting with a representative

Manger was very friendly and greet me at the door but the sales ladies ignored me and weren’t very personal or friendly. They seem very standoffish and did not give me eye contact I felt like they look right through me during transaction. I felt very uncomfortable. Most likely I will go to another Pandora store where I feel more welcome.

I went to return a recent purchase that had a missing stone. There was not enough sales people available, the item was not availble in store. Wait time too long.

La persona que me atendio no era nada amable y pues yo ya sabia lo que iba a comprar asi que igual lo compre. Pero la dependienta no sabia ni el precio, ni me ayudo con el numero del anillo. Esta fue la primera vez que alguien asi me atiende, con unas ganas de no querer atender.

Customer service was not acceptable, and unfortunately this happened to me at this location on more than one occasion. I felt I was being treated like I did not belong in the store, almost as if I were a criminal. I have made multiple purchases at multiple pandora stores, and never felt so uncomfortable
