The sales associate had no idea what she was doing. First I asked her about if they had last chance beads which are usually all in one tray at other pandoras I have visited. She just kept pulling out several trays and looking at them having no idea what she was looking for. Then I asked if she had any Muranos. She had NO idea what a Murano was, I had to explain it to her. She finally pulled out a tray with one murano on it that I wanted so I said id take that one and cashed out. She was just wasting my time. I ended up leaving and spending my money at Trollbeads where the associates and very friendly and very knowledgable about their products. I thought going to an official pandora store would be good but I get much better help at my local jewelry stores that sell Pandora.

once again waited even longer time to get in store, but then didn't have many items I was looking for. Another disappointing trip which is unfortunate since was really good sale but just didn't have what was looking for or seem like you could really look at anything else either.

There were at least 3 employees at the store but only one was helping people. No one bothered to even acknowledge I was there until the one employee who was helping others finished then helped me.

We were not allowed to look around due to COVID- however everything was behind or in cases. All stores let you look - not this store. The manager and assistant were unless and rude. The sales associate tired to help - lack of knowledge and lack of stock made the trip frustrating. And the mask worn by the associate didn’t fit him. And it didn’t cover his nose. The other two didn’t have their masks ON AT ALL. AND didn’t help at all. Seemed annoyed with questions from their own sales associate. I was stuck and couldn’t order anything because of time.

The employees were very rude. They talked to me like they only care about making a sale instead of treating like a customer who may not buy anything and is just looking around. The managers their are so rude and their attitude is not ok and this is why employees think it’s ok to act the same way to customers.

I went in looking for three items. The sales associate seemed to have a very hard time trying to locate them in the store. I ended up with only one because it took too long for her going back and forth walking through the store and searching on the computer to find the items.

I was very disappointed as it was the launch of the Autumn collection and I was so looking forward to it yet when I walked in none of the workers seemed excited or told me about anything going on until I went by the snacks they had put out.

The customer service in this store is horrible, the sales associate which was an manager was acting as if she had a problem selling me the merchandise she also was not truthful with the prices that she gave me, I don’t like going to this store to the fact of the customer service is always horrible, but it is the only option I have to get what I needed. They really need to work on the customer service, it’s an constant issue that needs to be changed

I brought 3 kids to this store. One time they went to the bathroom, another time was when they couldn’t find one of the kids. When they found him, the employee told them to either stay inside or stay outside. Her voice was unfriendly when she said that. They went outside, and then another employee came out to tell me why the first employee told me that: because the security cameras would keep on recording us going back and forth. I feel like this isn’t a good reason to tell me kids that, especially in an unfriendly tone. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed in Pandora’s employees. I hope that you can hire employees that have better experience with customer service, and also with more patience. I will probably not be coming back to this store.
