For the second time i have experienced a problem. No one acknowledged you when you enter, when it is your term the sales associate ignored you and attended whoever approached them. I have it to there attention but was ignored completely. They need to have more sale associates when there are having specials or promotions.

Exchanged earrings for a ring that was clearly marked $80 and the associate told me when she rang them in that they are $100. She did not give me the advertised price. I took a pic of the ring and it being marked $80

I wasn't To Satisfied With The Fact I Got My Reflections bracelet For my Birthday In December and Here It Is March And There Still Aren't Any New Clip on Charms In GOLD

Being a "valued" customer I was not happy w/ the unsuccessful attempt, to exchange a bracelet that was too small for my wife's wrist.I would've been satisfied w/just a longer length bracelet of the same style, or an exchange or credit to my account. Now we're stuck w/ an item that has no use or purpose for us.

Went in to purchase a charm for my granddaughters 16 birthday. We asked to see what was available but instead was handed a book and told to let her know what we wanted to see. At the time she was the only associate in the store and we were the only customers. Picked out something but would have liked some suggestions. Left disappointed.

There were many sales associates They all seemed to be busy but not all with customers. I had to enter my information onto an iPad 3 times because of different reasons. I asked prices on rings and the answer was, "I am not sure, I think $46?" The sales associates complained about the iPads together and having to wait to help people because they didn't have price guides available. Feedback is important and so I decided to let you know about my very first visit to your store. Next time I may order online.

Associate not knowledgeable re pricing availability and required frequent assist from others . Was unable purchase item desired as staff unable to find pricing

The sales associate was extremely unfriendly; not very talkative, never smiled, and Justin nothing like she wanted to be there

There was 2 mangers on the one manger Chloe was amazing. The other manger her name begins with a b not sure how to spell it but she was very rude and nasty a charm was marked wrong price and she agreed with me in front of other customers and refused to sell it to me for the price that was in front of it. Very rude and nasty
