The sales associate was rude and rushed us even though we new exactly what we wanted. We were not in the store 10 minutes and she was rude and kept telling us we don't have what you are looking for. I spend alot at Pandora to experience this type of treatment and you all don't care nor give any compensation. It's useless even completing this survey

I’ve written several complaints about this store and have also spoken to several chat associates and have written to your head office several times with no response. Your customer service has so many issues and you do not train your staff properly.

The sales associate was very rude to me. The manager came to assist. The sales associate treated me as if I had stolen something when I was returning a damaged ring. The ring’s rhinestone had come out of the ring within 2 days.

I had went to the Pandora in Crossgates I walked in and it were two representatives One of them was helping a white older lady the other one was just there I didn’t get hello I didn’t even get a Knowledge to until the white lady was done it out of the store and I felt very very distant knowledged it made me feel very uncomfortable because then as I’m trying to see the products I was told that I needed to stand behind the plexiglass when the white lady was literally beside her on the side of the plexiglass to her whole transaction I was basically treated as I was going to rob or steal something from the store and it made me feel very uncomfortable and I just don’t think I’ll ever go to this Crossgate Pandora can I get better service in the Pandora in New York City at the oculus

there was 6 people in the store, nobody jumped to help me. everyone was staring at me the whole time. she was rude when i was asked to stand on the other side of the counter. she couldn’t find any of the rings i wanted to try. seems like she was getting annoyed and lacked patience to help me find rings i wanted.

I was visiting the Albany store while on vacation on Sunday 3/21/21 and was shopping with my daughter. I was buying a True Uniqueness bracelet ($90.00) and a Pandora Moments bracelet ($75.00), sales girl has told me "since you are buying those two items you can choose ANY 3rd item in the store for free". My daughter selected a Crossover Pave ring that matched her jewelry. I've just looked at my receipt and I am very angry that I've been charged for one bracelet and the ring and a FREE item was the 2nd bracelet. I have not been told by the sales person that the free item has to be the lower or equal value to what I was buying. I feel that you owe me $40 refund (price difference), my customer # is 1106029034. If I were told that the free item has to be equal or lesser value than what I was buying then it would be a different story. At best your clerk was ignorant, at worse she cheated.

I showed up recently to the Pandora store in Crossgates mall in Albany, NY. This is now the second time I have showed up to return a product. I bought a ring for my gf that she wanted for roughly 115$. All the little “diamonds” fell out and the ring was deformed after wearing it for only a month. We returned it within the 1 year. Now as of this just past weekend we returned the 2nd ring!! All the little diamonds again fell out, and again the ring was deformed but this time in addition, the big diamond fell out of the center. Returned it only for her to get a 3rd! And it’s been only a few days and the little diamonds fell out and it is deformed again already!! DONT BUY. I will never shop there ever again. It’s only a $100 ring but for the price you thing you would get some decency out of it. Her $30 ones hold up better! So instead of going back, which I will NEVER do again, I went to Kay and bought her one worth the same exact price that she wanted and it’s 20x better! Stop making cheap products for a big buck!

Women we dealt with was rude. Acted as if we were bothering her. She was distracted and not helpful at all.
