The sales associate was very bitter and cold. My fiancé and I walked in and were the only ones in the store. We weren’t asked if we could be helped. When another man walked in, he instantly was asked if he needed anything. I was standing right next to the associate trying to look in the case and she never asked if I needed anything until the other man expressed he was all set. I then asked to look at bands that would go with my ring and she told me nothing would fit. I asked to see a certain style ring and it fit perfectly( if I hadn’t asked about the ring she would have just let the sale go). Then when I asked the cost of the ring she asked another associate. Dispite her rude behavior I still purchased the ring. When we got to the counter to pay the ring ended up being more then she originally told me ( which was fine), but she didn’t even mention the difference or even ask if that was ok and if I still wanted to purchase the ring. When I left I didn’t feel right about even purchasing my ring and I’m currently contiplating returning it.

I called to place a hold on a ring. Sales associate did and ask my name and when I would be picking up. When I arrived the associate said they did not have on hold nor did they have in store. I was upset bc I could have order online with free shipping and get it by Xmas. Now that wasn’t possible. No offer to help at all. After much persuasion, I had them check stock AGAIN. Item found but then the associate was rude unkind unfriendly. Did not give me polishing cloth like everyone before me.

I waited for over 15 minutes to ask a rep to show me charms for graduation and having a baby. She left for the back room as none were on display and returned 5 minutes later. When I selected my two pieces, she needed to thumb through a book and could only find the price for one. As I needed to leave, I only purchased the one even though she had the second one I wished to purchase.

My experience at this location was the worst. It took 10 minutes for BOTH sale assiocates to notice me, so I said hello and asked for help. ( Mine you TWO ladies where the desk talking to a ex employee about how bad the "move" of the store was, also "how bad the store has been running" Also I can tell you where the ladies went to college, BECAUSE AS I WAS STANDING WAITING FOR HELP AGAIN THEY WERE TO BUSY SPEAKING TO A EX EMPLOYEE AVOUT THEIR PERSONAL LIFE TOO. As I walked up to desk to ask Andrea to help me, her attitude was rude. I drove 2 hours to this store, all I wanted was some new beads for my bracelet I received on Christmas. I asked for 4 new beads...Andrea replied "I can't find any of them" Your employees ruined my day, my trip and my experience to Pandora. I will never visit this location again.
