I purchased my daughter a bracelet for Christmas on Dec 22 the original sale associate forgot to put the clip that I purchased on the bracelet. When I spoke to the manager 2 days ago and explain the issue, u recommend I come to store. Yesterday I went into the store to pick it up and the store manager Montay assisted me with no problem. She apologized on behalf of previous rep for not putting the item in the bag since I was charged for it.

When my cousin and I went in, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help and of course we did since it was our first time going in and the sales associate was kind to explain how the process is and works at the store, we felt happy that someone was able to help us understand how pandora works

I would like to highlight the customer service of Dajia. She was terrific. I came in on a busy holiday day and needed for shop for 8 women in my office. She was very patient. Please acknowledge her individually
