Holiday crowds & lines, Pandora staff was very pleasant & helpful

There was customer assistance even though there was a line. I was able to do my exchange in line. The representatives are courteous and knowledgeable of the products.

The Towson Town Mall Pandora location seemed to be short staff. Therefore resulting in long lines and even longer wait times. Many patrons left their spot in line because of the such long wait time.

Aiesha J was a huge help and I will definitely be back.

The Pandora line was extremely long during my visit and it appears that the store needs to hire more workers. I plan to apply within.

Macy was a great deal of help with incredible customer service. The item I was looking for was only available as a display item but she just made me want to buy it by going above and beyond to clean the item up really nice for me. Her fellow coworkers were also friendly with their great customer service and friendly conversations. Best team Pandora has to offer hands down.
