Jordan was very kind and knowledgeable. She was patient with both my sister and myself. I came in to do an exchange however I hate to wait for the Manager who has a very nasty attitude. She walked in didn’t acknowledge my sister and myself standing there and have a very snooty attitude if Jordan wasn’t so kind I would have left the store. Another thing lady with locs was very kind as well I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind. She cleaned my bracelets and selected other charms. A lot of charms my sister wanted were unavailable. The manager was also short with the staff and was upset she couldn’t find whatever she was looking for under the counter and was slamming things. She’s definitely bad for business and I contemplated making a scene. She is bad for business and you all should reconsider replacing her. Not too mention I wanted 15 minutes for her to return to the store to do my exchange and she immediately went to another person before acknowledging us standing there.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was extravagant ! I was in and out with the best selection of merchandise . I loved the variety of selections !
