As soon as my foot stepped into I was welcomed with a warm greeting ! The associate that greeted me was very kind and I enjoyed her service. I already knew what I wanted to purchase and she went right to the charm. I live in Buffalo, NY so I wanted a Maryland charm on my bracelet as a souvenir if I lived in Maryland I would go back to this location!!!!
