Pandora Jewelry

I entered the store, with two specific Pandora Me items in mind. Not only did the Sales Associate help me locate the two items that I wanted, she also showed off her new ring, then allowed me to peruse the ring section. After a thorough search, the Associate was able to find me a ring that resembled seashells. She also showed me a Princess Crown Ring that resembled ocean waves. The Sales Associate (Jazmin P.) was very patient and kind with me, and delivered exceptional service! I was very satisfied with my purchase!!!

My sales associate was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful… I wanted a particular bracelet that was out of stock and she searched the entire store for it… She could not find one though…

Once I was assisted, I was very satisfied with the Pandora Associate.

I walked into the store with my daughter to get my Pandora collection clean (it was a few of them). We were greeted by three associates in seconds. They had customers and they still took the time to welcome us. When my Pandora's collection of jewelry was getting clean. I decided to repurchase Walle and two clamps. In In addition, I purchase another character for my daughter's bracelet. The reason why I purchase it when my jewelry was getting clean was because of their teamwork. I enjoy how they help each other. Since I had so many bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings. I wanted to make their time worth something and I love how they maintained communication with us. Phenomenal staff at least those ladies that I had the opportunity port interact with.

Friendly associate. She was not familiar with the item I was looking for but she was very pleasant and helpful and ultimately located the item.

Towson is a great store to shop at. The young lady’s that work there has great customer service. Will recommend other to visit this location.

I visit Pandora in hopes that Naomi D is there. Luckily today, she was there and helped me replace and chose new pieces. Naomi is an awesome Sales Woman who is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

My sales person was very professional. Also she was kind and friendly. No hesitation to answer questions. And my sales person was very knowledgeable about the merchandise I bought.
