i brought a bracelet online and had to exchange it because it was too small in the store. I was very pleased that i was able to do that. The sales associate was very pleasant and put charms on the bracelet for me.

She was very considerate, and agreed to help me with finding out which charms to put on my Pandora Me earrings. She went the extra mile to help me design another Pandora Me bracelet. This one was the heart rainbow one. I was very pleased with my purchase!

I went very early in the morning, and there was only one customer and three sales associates there. The woman who waited on me was friendly and listened to me. That is the most important trait for a salesperson to have. I was finished and out of the store in ten minutes.
