I love my associate she helped me in the past and remembered my preferences. She helped me pick out a stack able set and I originally came for a charm and the ring I wanted was out of stock in my size. But breonna is always helpful and patient and nice.

The store was in anew location in the mall and was very bright and clean. The two staff members were very nice and friendly.

My Salesperson Lindsay was excellent!!! I have nothing bad to say at all. Helped with my questions, and answered my question, that I actually placed online.

The sales ladies are always so friendly and patient. I had no plans of purchasing anything for myself, only to look for a gift, I wound up purchasing 4 charms for myself and decided on something else for the gift.

I love Pandora especially when they have sales. I'm trying to fill my charm bracelet with beautiful charms. I wish they can have a sale at least once a month, because I'll be the first customer. Overall Pandora is my favorite store.

Great selection great service great location

I visited this store, specifically looking for an in-person view of the new The Little Mermaid Collection. The bracelet charms were beautiful. The box was gorgeous. The sales associates ( multiple people) were kind enough to assist me in finding all seven pieces, which then qualified me to get the limited edition box.

What I wanted was in stock so i was able to get what I wanted. Also, I was satisfied with the customer service it was quickly and the worker was nice.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora because the customer service was fantastic. I wasn’t waiting to long to be handled with and the employee was very helpful.
