As soon as I entered the store, Kiante S. greeted me with a smile and asked if she could assist me. When I gave my name and reason for the visit, my order was quickly retrieved and opened for my inspection. All of her associates were very friendly and helpful. Marcus complemented me on my outfit and ear rings, he listed to the story of why one of my ear rings was flatten and gave me a hug. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

The employees were quick, welcoming and extremely nice. The store was very clean. I was assisted by Alexa and Rachel from the Towson Town Center, and I greatly enjoyed their help and kindness.
